My name is Elizabeth Connell but you can call me MISS E. I am part of The World Groove Movement, and we are dedicated to spreading the joy of dance by making it easy, fun and accessible for everyone.
Using a variety of styles and genres of music, much of which you will recognize, we unite the group in a common movement or rhythm, then invite and inspire each person to groove that movement in their own unique way. This is where the magic of the Groove Experience happens.
The World Groove Movement runs classes, retreats and trainings across the planet, where people come together to unite, celebrate, connect, play, heal and get healthy through dance. And I am bringing it here to Gulfport, to my community, because I need it.
We can GROOVE on the BEACH, in a PARK, on a BOAT, and in the DARK. We can GROOVE in a MUSEUM and on a PIER. Wherever we are, we can just GROOVE RIGHT THERE.

What to bring
Comfy clothes you feel good moving in, and comfy shoes or bare feet, whichever you prefer.
